设备功能

机器人视觉分选设备,用于提取固废物流中的有色金属,包括铝、铜、铜合金或者非金属如:PP材质的等各种瓶,桶,容器或纸制品,木材制品等。

 

设备特点

1. 垃圾分拣智能双臂机器人系统,在传统的单臂分拣基础之上,效率翻倍,同时又具有双臂协作分拣任务,对比单臂分拣模式,双臂分拣(臂1,臂2)可以随时切换不同的任务,现场可以做不同分拣任务的柔性化调整

 

 

 

2. 智选用德国KUKA双臂协作7轴机器人,动作更为灵活,抓取方向可以多姿态配合;使用使用双目视觉系统,进行不同价值物体识别,高速进行识别后分拣。
